The reason our oils can be taken internally is due to the purity and the testing. I am 68 years old and have been taking most everyone of the doTerra oils internally. I take no medication and my health is amazing.
I wonder why everyone is willing to take any and all medications offered by their doctors when one paragraph tells what it will do to help you and the next two pages tell what it will do to hurt you. And you worry about drinking a little lemon oil or a capsule with oregano (edible) for wellness.
I took my class and passed with flying colors its called Faith101, I may not understand it all but I know that God would not put anything on this earth that would hurt us. The oils are the life blood of the plants and they are for our health and well being.
