Thank you, Pat! Which oils do you recommend? I put some on Guard in the water -- it makes sense that I'm losing some of the properties. I'm thinking Melaleuca in the cup? I have a wee bit of it left.
About an hour ago, I rubbed coconut oil on my chest, then layered Eucalyptus, Basil, Rosemary and Thyme and I feel 60% better. That, along with a capsule of Oreganol, On Guard, Lavender, Lemon and Peppermint twice today. These oils are the greatest.

Hi all,My body is fighting off something and I'd like some oils in the air, but I don't yet have a diffuser What is the best oil for this and does anyone know if it will work as well to just put a couple drops of oil in a pan of water on the stove on low? I keep water going all winter to get moisture into the air.Linda
