Re: [Everything doTERRA] High Cortisol?

I would recommend LLV, a round of GX Assist after which I would take PB
daily indefinitely. I would swipe immortelle across the adrenals morning
and night (they are on the back kidneys). I would use Balance morning
and night and as needed for stress.
I would highly recommend the Ph Kit and digestzen for acid reflux. Many
people take a drop when the yuckies start coming up. Internal medicine
docs are now taking most people off of the meds like prevacid and other
acid inhibitors because the are dangerous long term. Great for those
who've taken them for a decade. She can use breathe for her noise and
possibly do the lavender/lemon/peppermint combo for allergies.
I would skip the Zendo and the S&S. Valerian is usually for sleep. High
cortisol is basically stress plus another variable. Frequently the
variable is candida which based on the spray and meds is possible. Diet
is a big deal here, eliminating white carbs and sugar if possible.
DDR is something else to consider after she's done with GX and has been
on LLV for a month if she isn't feeling any better.
