Can you order an enrollment kit as an already established IPC? When I enrolled I got the Home Essentials kit- I didn't have plans to build, but now I DO.  It's such a good value and buying everything piece-meal and the shipping charges alone are really adding up. Does anyone know the answer? Are the enrollment kits exclusively for new enrollee's only?
