I've done both with no results on the spots (the fine line wrinkles are much less noticeable however).  Has it worked on the spots for any of the rest of you?  

My dermatologist says mine are brown pigment & while there are bleaching creams that work temporarily, provided you stay out of the sun, the only sure way to remove them Is IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) Phototherapy, or laser surgery.  The latter is usually only done, or supervised, by plastic surgeons, is very expensive, & not covered by insurance. So I will not have it done, thank you.   Hooray for CoverGirl.

Also...if those brown spots are at all "flaky" or not smooth they are likely pre-cancerous & should definitely be seen by a dermatologist.  The good news about that is those can be easily removed by dr. with chyro freezing (practically painless) & your health insurance will cover it.
