[Everything doTERRA] Re: Substitute for Birch oil

I have a client, who started to use wintergreen for pain, but she noticed that her blood pressure went up. She stopped using wintergreen and it went down.
Does anybody else experienced, that wintergreen could put pressure up?

Would wintergreen oil be the best substitute for birch oil for relieving pain associated with arthritis?  Other suggestions?
