[Everything doTERRA] Re: Substitute for Birch oil

Wintergreen, Deep Blue are both really great for pain, when it is really bad you can add a drop of Frankincense and it helps.  For Arthritis I LOVE Lemongrass, AromaTouch, DeepBlue Rub.... Works amazingly well and the only time it does not work is when someone is too toxic and has a skin reaction to lemongrass.  But--- it works!  Rotator Cuff, knees, hips, hands, tennis elbow, plantar faciitis.    Hope this helps.

Would wintergreen oil be the best substitute for birch oil for relieving pain associated with arthritis?  Other suggestions?
