Take bacteria samples and apply various cleaning products including on guard and melaleuca. AMAZING! There's a number of ways to set-up the experiment. We first tested various areas of our house for bacteria to find out what was dirtiest. You could do this before and after cleaning with different products too but that can get complicated. The next level was making a plate seeing which product inhibits growth. Growing up the bacteria first and then using products is tough. Large quantities of bacteria are hard to kill.
