[Everything doTERRA] Re: Lavender skin irritant ?

doTerra Lavender is very healing and is not a skin irritant, you can put it on without dilution.  If it is an open wound you could put it around the area if you are concerned.  When I burn myself or have a cut I put it right on it without any discomfort.  I've also been using a couple of drops in my tea or water for a calming effect.

If you use oils a lot on your neck in the same area over and over again and I mean a lot of oils not just one or two drops, you can get skin irritation, but I have never experienced this with lavender.
