[Everything doTERRA] Re: Bottom of feet pain

It sounds like Plantar Fascitis.  The most common symptom is the pain in the morning particularly around the heels.  basically there are little tears in the muscles and fascia on the bottom of the feet and it can be very painful.  I haven't used oils enough yet to know what to do, but stretching of the feet is very important.  She will need to get good shoes and baby her feet for awhile.

Hi!
I recently talked with a gal who complains of feet pain. She says that it is difficult to describe and that is one reason she has not seen a foot doctor! I'm flattered she told me and I thought I'd try my best to give her some help :)  She says that she begins each morning feeling like she has walked 10 miles.  The pain does not extend to her ankles or knees - just the bottoms of her feet.  She says that they "feel" cold, but warm to the touch.  I thought it might be a circulation problem, but not sure.  She didn't think it was in her bones or tendons... No pinching or prickles.. just all over, bottom of the feet achey pain.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!
Julie
