Were their orders placed prior to the 15th? In the states, our orders only qualify for the free oil if placed by the 15th. Though I have seen doTERRA make exceptions for new enrollments if their sponsor phones in & explains that they're new, it was their first month ordering since enrolling, & they're just getting the hang of it. Also keep in mind the free oil is only available to new enrollments beginning the month following the month they enrolled. So if they enrolled in October & expected immortelle with their orders, it's not going to happen. Good Luck!
