[Everything doTERRA] HELP!! Chiropractor's Liability

I enrolled a chiropractor's office and now they are afraid of the liability of selling the oils to their patients. . . as in "prescribing" medical advice. . . Any suggestions on how to handle this situation. They were already to place a large order for customers/patients and are now rethinking the ramifications of "treating". . . HELP anyone!!
