My thoughts are it c/b detox...if he has the drops ¬ the capsules you might consider dropping them to 4-6 drops 2x/day & see if that helps. I feel sure (although I am no dr so this is just my opinion) this is just his body's way of ridding itself of toxins& getting into balance.
I had something similar happen to me & it was relentless for approx 2 wks...I had a bug & my body was detoxong. I stopped most all supplements& oils (w/a few exceptions) & after staying off everything for 2 wks I have resumed everything & now I am good;)
