[Everything doTERRA] Costochrondritis

First of all, I want to thank everyone taking the time to contribute to this forum. I love following the post and have learned so much from everyone here.

I have a friend who is a new mom (nursing a 10 weeks old)) and she has developed costochondritis as a result of a bas chest cold and prolonged coughing.

Does anyone have any suggestions?  She is experiencing sharp stabbing pain. I know lemongrass is good for cartilage and a blend of helichrysums, wintergreen and basil is great for sprains, any other ideas?

Much appreciation.
Love doTERRA oils, they have helped me heal from a traumatic motor vehicle accident where I suffered 2 compression fractures  and lots of soft tissue injury. Oils I have found helpful were Frankincense, LLV, Balance, Deep Blue Rub, lavender, vetiver....

As an added bonus my migraines have been reduced by 70 % since I started LLV, I needed to start very slowly and now can tolerate the full dose ( thanks, Pat for the frequent reminders to go slowly!.
