Just wanted to post positive results. A dear friend has anxieties &
when hubby is out of town, it escalates most of the time. The
following is the difference between the 1st pm when I did an ATT on
her before bedtime & the 2nd pm when we did not do the ATT: (Needless
to say, we are doing an ATT again tonight! :0) )
1st pm--
I slept wonderfully, thank you!
Negative thoughts and feelings are so pushy! But last night I felt
very positive.
2nd pm--
Tonight I have tons of anxiety. Not sure why. I just put on some
solace and bergamot.
I will say that ANYONE can do the ATT! I've just watched the DVD (I
think the DVD is only a buck) a few times & practiced on people. They
love it! I haven't even taken the class yet--next Fri! WOOHOO can't
wait to take it! So everyone, dig in & learn it! Then it's wonderful
when others reciprocate & do it for you!
