My cousin is just now giving oils a try.  I'm recommending veggie caps 2-3 times a day of Oregano,  Frankincense,  OnGuard.  Topical relief lavender & Melaleuca. I tried to attach pictures but can't. It's really bad and all over his body. Do you recommend a spray or cream for topical application? And considering his age do you think the veggie caps 2-3 times a day is the right amount?
