I take the LLV supplements.  i still find that i need the slow mag. Actually that was what I first started on with doterra. ( the LLV) I was hoping for some relief from chronic lower back pain from arthritis. I am on my 3rd month taking it. I have tried lots of combinations of oils and havent found that combo that works for me. I still use them hoping they will keep it from worsening. My friend who introduced me to doterra told me to give it at least 3 months.
