[Everything doTERRA] Night time leg cramps

My hubby gets them frequently. We keep bananas on supply for the potassium but sometimes that's not enough. Of course, keep hydrated too, lots of water. One night he could feel a doozy coming on, I broke out my modern essentials book, applied Lemongrass and Peppermint. He said it instantly calmed the beginnings of a horrible cramp (back of his thighs). So I made him a rollerball of these two to keep handy. It's been a lifesaver for him because his cramps are so severe he can't walk. How this helps!
