I did talk about it to everyone, I felt like I was planting seeds since all I really knew
at the time was that I loved these oils. I asked some of my friends if they would
invite some of their friends so I could introduce the oils. What I was really doing was
practicing. I didn't know much more than those who came to the meetings. But I
found that when I turned it into a discussion regarding a group of oils I ended up
learning more than they did.
You all have a opportunity to use a lot of the sales tools that are available now.
for instance great books and tools from aromatools.com, and this forum has tremendous
information. Another site is myoilbusiness.com and doterraesstentials.me.
There are power points available in your business tools of your virtual office.
But the very best thing you can do is just spread the word and enroll others to do the same.
You will never know for sure who your builders are just structure carefully and be a good
leader. There are a lot of great books available that can help you and there is a website
called thesuccessmap.com that shows you how to run a business.
