Essential oils are made of tiny molecules that are able to diffuse into the air. I believe the molecules in a fatty oil such as coconut oil, render it unsuitable for diffusion.
I am no help on the Melissa question, sorry!

Hi Holan -
I don't know about using the Coconut oil with the AromaAce - but if it were
me - I would use Melissa internally or topically rather than Aromatically,
especially because of the cost. There is Melissa in Elevation and that may
be more effective aromatically. - Brooke M.

Subject: [Everything doTERRA] Fractionated Coconut Oils and Aroma Ace?
Hi, I was wondering if you can use fractionated coconut oil with aroma
ace?
Or how would you use it with oils that may cost more like melissa?
Thank you,
Holan
