Clary Sage helps boost supply, too. 2 drops mixed with 1 tsp fractionated coconut oil and rub directly on the breasts. Safe for mom and baby- no need to apply it directly to the nipples, though.

Peppermint is anti milk production, it can assist in drying up your
supply.
Also it is pretty normal to dip In milk supply every so often. The
best thing to do is pump and nurse as often as possible and it should
jump back up to where you can pump and nurse normal again.
