I guess I should have been more clear- the majority of my clients feel no ill effects or uncomfortableness and they still have the cleanses work wonderfully for them. Liver cleansing usually will include more frequent urination and there can be a SLIGHT  yellowing of the skin because you are moving old bile out and getting rid of the junk. Most people won't notice it.
