I found the GX Assist to be very gentle, with virtually no side effects at all - but that's just me. I think that it really depends on the amount of "junk" you're cleaning out of your system and how hard your body has to work to facilitate the cleanse.

I'm currently about 2/3 of the way through my first month on TerraZyme. As I understand it, this is not so much of a cleanse as boosting the right enzymes in your digestive system to make it function correctly. I'm not experiencing any signs that would suggest I'm on a cleanse, except that great feeling of wellbeing.
