[Everything doTERRA] Do you have to stop taking allergy medication to do a cleanse?

Hello,
I have a person who is interested in starting on doTERRA. I am very
new to it myself and was unable to answer her question. She deals w/
massive sinus/allergy issues and gets pneumonia several times a year
in addition to many colds and things. Due to this, she has been on
many rounds of antibiotics and steroids. She would like to do a
cleanse but is only able to afford the GX Assist/PB Assist and a
bottle of On Guard. She asked me if she had to stop taking her
Allegra and Mucinex D to do the cleanse as well as her other vitamins
and probiotic she uses regularly (PB 8). She can't go more than a few
days w/not taking them before she starts getting sick. I would
hesitate to tell her to go off of those medications even while doing
the cleanse but wanted someone's opinion who has been doing it for
longer. I feel it would be different if she could start on the lemon/
lavender/peppermint for her allergies but since she can't afford to
get all of that right now, I don't know what to tell her. Help!
Thank you so much!
