I have a seizure disorder and for me personally I avoid wintergreen and rosemary alone 100%. I am able to use the on guard products and peppermint with no issues but I use a small dose no matter how I use the oils. Of course, what works for me may not work for someone else.

A friend is starting to use the oils and she has epilepsy, she read that someone with epilepsy shouldn't take rosemary, rosemary is in onguard. Does anyone know anything about this? Thank you
