Dr. Carsten Schmidt and also Dr. Hill told me the difference in the two are this pretty much: anyone who is young or really healthy can just do the DNP, but if you have any auto immune, aches and pains, or if you are older and are in need of brain function and mitochondrial support, or have been sick quite a bit, you would need the LLV.
