I also have that condition, I have found helichrysum works wonders.  It's an expensive oil, however it has worked for me.  I was also told that meleluca is gd for dry eyes.  The reason I tried helichrysum was because I THINK the dry eyes has to do with tissue repair.  When u get a chance go to YouTube search helichrysum, awesome video.  Marjoram might also help.  I have not tried it.  Remember when a condition has to do with needing TISSUE repair helichrysum is the one.  Hope this helps.
