Deidre - I have had a complete hysterectomy.  Wonder if I should eliminate it?  It has been way worse lately. I think I will forgo that one for a week.  All I know is this has to stop.

Just a thought, but I see you are taking the phytoestrogen.  I cannot take that one, it makes my pms symptoms out of control.  Did your anxiety worsen when you started it? Is your anxiety worse at different times in your cycle? Good luck, anxiety is a tough one to control.
