Steve, I just learned recently that the essential oil Bergamot, which is a fruit from Italy.  Based on the info I recieved  will help with cholestrol issues, HBP and diabetes.  This info was sent to me via email from a website I think is Easy Health Options.  I know I have in my email somewhere I will have to look for it.  I can email you the link when I find it.  Thank you
