This is what I did (also works wonderfully when "prepping" for a colonoscopy):

Put warm (but not hot) water in a squirt bottle - like a catsup dispenser you see in a cafe - you can add a drop of one of the essential oils but shake just before using because it won't stay mixed.
EVERY TIME, after you go to the bathroom, squirt the warm water on the site of the episiotomy. The warm water helps the circulation at the site which encourages healing, so you it's not necessary to use the essential oil.
Once a day sit in a warm bath - adding a drop or two of the essential oil if you want - for about 10-20 minutes

Does anyone have an experience they would share of healing from an Episiotomy? Thanks!
