My husband has several health issues: sleep apnea,insulin dependant,recently had a heart stent inserted in the right coronary artery, and is on metoprolol and plavix, insulin sliding scale and long acting lantus insulin. We recently started using essential oils..lavender,peppermint, and an oil blend called breathe...my question is would any of these caused an increase in his pulse? He tests himself ea morning on a moniter. The monitor has reported a resting pulse rate of 99, 108 and then 112. Over the last few mornings..
