I agree. I sometimes miss taking the white capsules I can't remember what they are called but if I don't get the early enough in the evening they can make it hard for me to go to sleep. Anyway I had this happen once for a week or so. Then I happened to be where someone was giving free Zito scans. When I had one it showed I needed that particular complex I'd been missing and told me to add the children's chewable. I'd say get someone to do a scan to see what your body says. Or you could do the muscle testing too.
