[Everything doTERRA] meaning of notes on new site.

I am looking for the place where I can find the meaning of E & C in the protocol sections next to some oils.  There is also, on some, the EC note.  The instructions in these sections say to "go to Home and scroll to new helps".  I can't find that. I use the site regularly and need to know the meaning of E and C.  Can you email me this info.  ss259@kc.rr.com  or put the answer on the site as a post answer
