My hair dresser told me to try only using shampoo once a week and the rest of the time wash with just conditioner. I've been doing that for over a year now with the doterra products with great success. My hair is naturally wavey and so I also use the healthy hold glaze to help give more body and curl. My hair dresser said my hair seems to hold the color better now and isn't dry. I don't experience frizz here in Utah but conditions are different when traveling to more humid climates. I still find the doterra products to work quite well though
