Bp is tricky there can be many causes and different kinds of Bp. It's one I do not mess around with. If you need to goto the doctor and get on meds, do it. Some essential oils help some kinds of Bp, but usually only moderate to low HBP. I have been successful using Citrus oils, basil internally and yang ylang. Best thing you can do is a good plant based diet!  It will help more than anything.
