[Everything doTERRA] Alport Syndrome

Does anyone know what doTerra product that I can use for alports syndrome?

 My 5 year old son, my 8 year old daughter and myself have alports syndrome. It is a genetic mutation that ultimately allows blood and protein to pass through the kidneys(to be brief without all the medical details). This disease causes many different problems in males and females. But, over a period of time, the blood and protein causes scar tissue to form in the kidneys which in turn causes kidney failure (primarily this happens in males, but can affect females as well). Therefore, a transplant is somewhere down the road for my 5 year old son. We go yearly to Duke Medical Center to have his kidney function checked. Which we have coming up.
