Use Zendocrine oil on your liver and drink Lemon. DAILY for a few months. A clean liver works wonders. Inhale Basil and put a drop of Elevation on your heart chakra spot. Enjoy a nice bath with some of your favorite oils (put onto epsom salts). When done apply Solace. My favorite bath oil combination is currently Sandalwood, Ylang Ylang and Lime (2 drops, 4 drops and 6-8 or something like that). To get rid of excess water which is a bit "crushing" during the premenstrual cycle use Cypress. I love the smell of Solace anytime :)
