I find that the Solace works better for my for symptom relief, and the Whisper is more of a daily perfume with a balancing "side-effect".

Subject: [Everything doTERRA] whisper or solace

for those who have used these, which one is truly the best at alleviating PMS symptoms ( cramping, nausea, headache, fatigue, hot flashes, anger/crying for no reason,) i don't have all these at the same time; every month.....usually :-) but some months are bad enough i really can't stand myself. i'm 41 and definitely need hormone control!
