of mucus in my throat. The oils mentioned are all good, but I would also add Thyme, as that is a great expectorate. I combine Breathe, Lime, and Thyme and use it topically if I am going to be singing.
And to answer the question about inflammation, it might be coming from dairy and/or grains!
