We have found that a good way to remember the difference is this:  The zendocrine capsules are for the "organ" cleanse.  It is a 30 day protocol.  The zendocrine oil is to be used topically for "repair, regeneration, and rebuilding" of the organ.  They do different things.  I may be wrong, but this is my understanding of the difference.
