[Everything doTERRA] VNUS closure procedure-post op-Cause Venous reflux/insufficiency

I am very new to doTERRA essential oils.  My husband has had severe vericose vein issues since before we married (he was 35).  In the last year, maybe a little longer, he began to have extreme pain and an ulcer form on his left ankle.  After seeing a surgeon, we opted to have a VNUS closure procedure done.  That particular ankle is still extremely red, as the doctor predicted it would never appear normal due to the severity of his condition.  It seems to be an issue of decreased blood flow.  He has been using doTERRA black pepper oil on the area.  I was wondering if anyone with experience might reccomend a blend for application with a roller bottle.  Thank You.  LeJuan Bass
