[Everything doTERRA] Staph Infection in Lacrimal Duct - please help!

Hello, Wonderful EE.me Community!  I will be deeply appreciative of any insight you have to share about the following:

I have been diagnosed with Lacrimal Dacryocystitis - which is basically a blockage between the tear sac at the corner of my left eye and the tear duct into my nose.  Per the eye specialist, the initial blockage resulted from a Staph infection - and the infection caused tissue scarring which has made the blockage much worse.  The MD strongly recommends antibiotics to treat the Staph and then surgery to clear out the scarring.  (I am opposed to taking the antibiotics given my track record with same, and not at all keen to have surgery.)  The area around my left tear duct and in a 1/2 moon below my left eye is red, swollen, painful and getting worse by the hour.  (Giving me an intense headache but have read using Peppermint (& therefore also Deep Blue & PastTense) will often increase the pain related to a Staph infection.  Actually, I'm not much concerned with the headache.  I am very concerned about state of my left eye & surrounding area!)

Current EO Applications:

Melaleuca & Frankincense - topically around eye
Oregano & OnGuard - diffusing
Oregano, OnGuard, Frankincense (3 drops each) - by capsule (have only done this once)
Melauca & Oregano - on eye & sinus reflex points on left toes.

Again, I'd sure appreciate any insight / recommended protocols / testimonials!

Lucinda
