[Everything doTERRA] Re: How many drops is equivalent to 1/2 teaspoon for cooking

I went to the cooking class at the Conference last year, and she had a tooth pick on screen. And she said "how many people place 1 or 2 drops of oils in their food and found they couldn't eat it because the oil of over powering".  She said to put a tooth pick in the oil and add to you food because the oils are so potent.  I made the mistake of putting 1 drop of Rosemary in a cold salad and OMG....it was so strong that we couldn't eat it.
