[Everything doTERRA] Re: Adult ADHD

I have adult ADD/ADHD combo. I use a combo of oils to help me sleep: 2 drops Ylang Ylang and Marjoram on my big toes, 1 drop Geranium on my heart and one on my spine, and 2 drops Orange on my spine and I sleep through the night. Melissa oil and Helichrysum are my "secret weapon oils" for anxiety, blood sugar issues (which trigger hyperactivity for me), anger, and irritation. I use these oils daily and as needed, 2 drops in my hand to be distributed to my ears, spine, and heart. Our bodies are so different as well as complex...(I'm also female) so I can't say that these oils will work for your husband, but I don't mind if you use my recipe :) Good luck and keep me posted.

What would a daily routine be to help with the anxiety, anger, irritation, memory and sleep. It's been a trial getting him to remember to use the oil I have given him and I'm wondering if one of the clay necklaces would work. How many drops do you have to add and does it last for a whole day?
