[Everything doTERRA] PMS and Hormones

I am experiencing what feels like a lot of hormonal imbalances.  I have always had severe periods with horrible cramps, back pain, migraines and I just get so emotional, irritable and angry.  But lately it is so worse and it is not just when I'm on my period.  Its the week before and after.  I love the oils and have been trying to figure out what can help me.  I just finished the GX Assist and I started the LLV a few days ago.  I am currently using balance, citrus bliss, geranium, marjoram and ylang ylang 3 times topically a day to try and help my emotions.  I have noticed a difference but I've noticed my periods are getting closer together and they seem stronger the first few days.  Like intensely stronger.  Are my hormones just trying to balance out?  I should mention that I also have depression and anxiety and I went of my medicine almost 2 months ago and decided to just use oils.  I just want to feel better without medication and know the oils can do that I just need help with protocols or oils I'm not using that will help.  Right now I'm experience an intense hormonal migraine, back pain, and irritability.  Please give me any advice that will help.  Also I live in Utah County and am looking for someone I can go to for a Zytoscan.  Again any help would be great!

Thank you
Michelle
