I use the On Guard toothpaste and love it. I have a daughter with lots of gum and mouth problems. Has anyone had any success with gums that are near the gingivitis stage. She's a good brusher and flosser but still gets these problems. The doctor told her that she has a lot of bacteria on her tongue and to brush it. Would on guard help that also?
