Lavender doesn't work for me like it does for other people. Personally, I find Sandlewood to be more effective. Remembering to use my oils on a regular basis, is a struggle. If I stick to an almost obsessive routine, things are much better. Unfortunately, if a monkey wrench gets thrown into my routine, remembering stuff is more difficult. A written routine placed where I can see it helps on those days. There are some strategies that can be followed to help all around. There are some helpful websites on Adult ADHD and those married to them. I will post more if you are interested.
