Re: [Everything doTERRA] Severe back pain

Thank you all for your recommendations and care.   When I went to the ER the first of the month, the Dr. said it was in the exact spot for the left kidney, that's why he checked for possible problems there.

My husband thinks I need to return to the back pain specialist who did a radiofrequency rhizotomy(?) last Fall...pre doTERRA, 'killing' the nerves in 4 spots of my T-spine.  (this because of degenerative disc pain).    I just don't think it's related.  It is more to the side of the spine and over to my left side.

I have also just recently started having pain from sciatica....never had any idea I had this.  Weird.

It may have some emotional ties, though.  While I don't feel stressed, I know that I am.  Does that make sense?  I have a lot of stressors in my life at this time, but the LLV and the oils I'm using seem to make me feel good inside.   Sounds weird, I know.  I can feel totally good emotionally, and at the same time want to die b/c of the pain.

I will try what you all have suggested.  I do drink lots of lemon water...lemon eo added to my already alkaline water.   It is rare that I have dairy, and I try to stay away from processed foods of any kind.  I believe my diet is mostly really good.    Just so frustrating.   I don't want to go back to a dr. who will just try to do some invasive procedure or put me on drugs, which I think only make things worse.

Thank you for your support and prayers.
May you all enjoy good health and light in your lives.

Where exactly is the pain?  You can use marjoram, basil, clove, frank, lemongrass, deep blue past tense.  I pulled my sciatic nerve last week.  Past tense has be amazing for pain.  Roman chamomile!
Do you have an emotion attached to it of some sort?

Someone please help.  I have had pain in my left kidney area for several months.  It got really bad a few weeks ago...enough to go to the ER.   Urinalysis and CT scan showed normal kidneys.   The doc said maybe muscle pain.   It hasn't been too bad since then, but it has flared up again the last 2 days, and I can hardly move right now.     I soaked in an Epsom salts bath, rubbed deep blue on it.  Then lemongrass.   Added heat.   Tried cold packs.  Nothing is helping.

My pcm, who is young and doesn't seem concerned enough to get to the root of things, just shrugged it off and sent me to physical therapy.

I am home alone and almost in tears right now.   I just don't know what else to do.  Does anyone have any advice?  Please and thank you.
