Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: Helping a 3 year old sleep and stay asleep

Poor baby!  serenity is a dream to my kids!  knocks em right out.  lavender and frankincense are great also. upping his magnesium and calcium will help to calm him.  he may need a powder or liquid supplement of cal/mag.  let me know if this interests you and i will give you a website and what i use.  it is very calming and helps aches and pains kids have that they can't tell us about.
mama needs some oils as ginny said too!

I might also consider patchouli and bergamot mixed, they are the separation anxiety blend. Lavender works really well for most and balance is also soothing. Poor little one. Mom probably needs balance.
We have an IPC whose daughter when to college and was sent home addicted to heroin. Lavender is the only thing that is calming her and allowing her to sleep.

Do you have any oils?  The first ones I would try are balance and
lavender.  If those don't work, the peaceful child blend will. Just
search peaceful child on this site.
