[Everything doTERRA] Strep on the skin of an infant-PLEASE HELP!!!

Wondering what oils to use on the skin for strep. It's under his chin
so hard to keep dry. Tried melaluca with no success. Would you go with
oils used for something like Impetigo? Geranium, lavender, clear skin?
It started out as yeast and changed into strep so doc gave me a rx for
antibiotics which if possible I'd like to try natural first. My son is
6 MO so please let me know if anyone has protocol for this. Thanks!
